Purchase Policy
When you agree to compensate us for the Tax Services purchased in relation to this site and other communications with, you, the client, agree to the following:
All purchases are final, with no refunds available, with the exception of the following allowable refunds:
3 day/no "bona-fide work" cancellation policy:
Any client may cancel their Tax Services, and receive a 90% refund, provided they cancel within 72 hours of initial payment, and/or provided no actual services or work hours have been performed for them.
"Services performed" include tax analysis, information gathering, correspondence, advice, calculations, returns prep, mailing,
etc.
Once the work has been completed on a particular case, no refunds can be granted.
Client agrees that if additional work is needed for their particular case, and they have purchased one of the 3 resolution options listed on the site, or any other service option, that additional fees may be charged at an hourly rate of $50 per hour. Client must confirm the estimated hourly quote in advance before this additional hourly work will be completed, and client must pay the related additional fees before the case can be delivered to the client.

As Tax Professionals, we are bound by the various state laws, and also by the IRS Circular 230 Provisions. Please reference Circular 230 here.
Shipping Policy
We utilize US Postal for the majority of our mailing services. If you are provided with Tax Services/Tax Returns/other docs, and we mail the documents to you, you will be provided with a Tracking Number to help ensure delivery. Client agrees to hold Tax 1040 Solutions/Interchange Services, Inc. harmless for any perceived loss or inconvenience that results from postal delivery errors for any reason whatsoever.

Client agrees to provide any and all documents required to satisfy the "best-case" scenario for their tax case. Client agrees to hold harmless Tax1040 Solutions, its parent company, and its employees and officers, for any perceived loss of revenue, damages, or any other claim resulting from the execution of the client purchase, and the resulting casework. Client further agrees that they will act in Good Faith with regards to all matters relating to this service agreement, and that at any point, Client may be found in breach of this agreement and their service canceled, with no refund, in the case of Client harassment, verbal or other abuse, fraudulent statements, threats, or any other act that damages or otherwise negatively affects Tax1040 Solutions, its employees or officers. Client also agrees that any circumvention or compromise of representative Power of Attorney also is considered a breach of this agreement, and understands that if this occurs, their contract and service will be canceled immediately without refund.
